Andrew, our passionate and visionary fashion founder, brings with him a wealth of experience in the international fashion market spanning over 20 years with expertise in garment manufacturing and fabric production. Recognising the market demand for a comprehensive solution that caters to both wholesale and retail customers, Andrew pioneered the concept of garment manufacturing in Hong Kong under one roof.
In the mid-1990’s, driven by unwavering determination, Andrew established a one-stop garment manufacturing business, marking the inception of PFGHL and the commencement of our corporate mission. Despite navigating the challenges posed by the financial crisis in 1997, the business persevered and flourished in the years that followed.
Having been an integral part of the garment manufacturing industry for nearly half a century, Andrew’s forward-thinking approach led him to prioritise sustainability. Through backward integration to ensure sustainability remains at the forefront of our operations. Andrew’s commitment to providing quality products at affordable prices remains unwavering, ensuring that customers receive exceptional value without compromising on quality.

Hilmond, the driving force behind sustainability and quality, has been intimately involved with fabrics, trimmings, and accessories from an early age within the realm of PFGHL. Growing up immersed in the family’s heritage and experience, he witnessed the importance of delivering exceptional services and products to forge lasting customer relationships and ensuring business longevity, where his passion for fashion blossomed.
Over time, Hilmond’s love for fashion has only deepened, accompanied by a heightened awareness of the significance of social responsibility and sustainability. Following his graduation from Ryerson University (now known as the Toronto Metropolitan University) in communications, he joined PFGHL to oversee Product Development, Merchandising, Fabric Merchandising, Production, CSR, and Corporate Communications.
With a fresh perspective and unwavering commitment to revitalise the supply chain, one of Hilmond’s accomplishments is the launch of BOMBYX, a ground-breaking venture that embraces the principles of Regenerative Agriculture. As the journey continues, he spearheads further remarkable initiatives, leveraging his passion and expertise to achieve higher global standards and deliver products that make a difference.
